I like to think I'm pretty well-versed when it comes to styling, but figuring out how to style leather pants was a tricky one. I'm a curvy, mid-sized gal whose size fluctuates pretty much every other day, and we all know that leather—even faux leather!—can often be a little unforgiving, and sometimes even unflattering. That said, as I've whittled down my closet over the past few years and created a wardrobe of quality basics, leather pants have become something of a staple for me, and I'm here to share my styling secrets.

I love how versatile leather pants are: They can be dressed up or down, they work well with lots of other fabrics, they offer a unique texture and (when you find the right pair!) they can be super flattering, so don't rule them out if you try one pair that makes you look like Sandy from Grease's understudy. Though I tend to dress pretty simply—I describe my personal style as minimalist chic, with an emphasis on elevated basics—I feel like leather pants make my very plain pieces have far more impact.

Incorporating leather into an outfit can make even the most monochrome, neutral look feel super luxe and sophisticated. It's easy to mix and match my favorite blouses, bodysuits, and outerwear on top of them, and putting on a pair of leather pants makes me feel like I can strut down the sidewalk Cheetah Girls-style (Except, not in the Barcelona heat, because I'd probably pass out from sweating).

My collection of leather pants has become quite large, so I've been able to play around with styling them to figure out the best ways to make the most of this closet staple. (My boyfriend has even asked me to please, please stop buying more leather pants, because we live in LA and I can only wear them a couple months out of the year. My unhealthy shopping habit says No, but I digress.)

Monochrome Magic

TBH, I have no idea where I would wear this outfit, but that doesn't stop me from loving it. I really like that these Get Choosy pants aren't as traditionally slim-fitting as lots of other leather options. The cargo pockets and semi-safari vibes make these a little more casual—and, in my opinion, a lot more versatile.

I played with volume by pairing them with an oversized blazer and skin-tight top. I'm a huge fan of mixing neutrals, so finishing off the look with some Yeezy shoes that match the pants perfectly really tied it all together.

She's A Snake

To me, this is the ultimate NYFW street style outfit. If I'm ever stopped to have my picture taken outside Spring Studios, this is what I hope I'm wearing. I'm obsessed with the shiny finish on these Leith pants, and I think it really elevates them overall.

Because I liked the reflective nature of the pants, I decided to match them with an equally-shiny trench by BLANK NYC, which has a (faux) snakeskin look. As an added bit of texture, I topped off the outfit with a croc-embossed messenger bag and these incredible Cult Gaia boots.

Leopard Love

I know, I know. I live in LA and there's literally no time of year during which it makes sense to wear this jacket, but… *drools*. It's so good. What I love about this outfit is how much texture I was able to incorporate: the faux fur leopard print is a statement on its own, but paired with a ribbed sweater, faux snakeskin pants, a croc-embossed bag and leather boots? I was serving a a fully-textured fantasy.

I went super matchy-matchy with the colors to keep this bold look feeling cohesive. The shoes and top are the exact same color, as are the bag and these Revolve x Camila Coelho pants. The bag and pants also match the leopard spots on the coat to tie everything together.

Black On Black

This outfit was one that I put together with some of my favorite pieces from the other looks I created. To me, the standout here is the leather-on-leather top and bottom combo, a bold choice that can be pretty hit or miss.

Matching up the exact colors and textures makes it look like I'm wearing a full leather suit, which could be rocked anywhere from a fashion show to a boardroom meeting. I love mixing in neutrals, so the brown and cream accents I added to the look help break up the black-on-black intensity.

Contrasting Leathers

This lighter shade of leather pants is a little unconventional, which is part of why I love them. Even though I'm not experiencing much winter weather here in Southern California, I'm all about winter creams and ivories, so this pair always comes out of my closet when the temperatures drop.

I happened to have a hat that perfectly matched the pants, and decided to layer leather-on-leather once again with this Steele faux leather blazer. The turtleneck (My mom's from the '80s, thanks Mom!) gives the outfit some seasonal warmth, but could be easily switched out for a tank in warmer fall weather. I felt like these boots really tied everything together thanks to the black and cream tones in the unique heels.

Seasonal Suede

Last but not least! Leather doesn't just mean smooth fabric; it also applies to suede. I love these L'Academie pants because the cut is super flattering and makes my legs look really long. The zipper up the middle also makes a statement on its own, so I was able to keep my top half pretty simple.

I mixed leather textures by incorporating this faux leather shacket (shackets are a huge trend, people!) for a bit of movement and play on volume, and paired the ensemble with tone-on-tone accessories. I picked clear heels because they helped lighten up the outfit a bit, especially since the pants fall past my ankles and I usually rock a cropped fit.

Blond bombshell Allie Auton surprised her 595,000 Instagram followers with her latest share, a simple yet sexy snap captured in a neutral spot. Allie stood in a space with an arched white roof, large gray tiles and a wall covered in wide planks of wood. The background provided the perfect backdrop for her monochromatic ensemble, which flaunted her flawless figure to perfection.

The outfit Allie wore was from the brand Missy Empire, and she tagged the label's Instagram page in both the image itself as well as in the caption. She flaunted her sculpted physique in a bandeau-style crop top that barely covered anything at all. The wide strip of black fabric extended across her chest, showing off a tantalizing hint of cleavage, as well as her sculpted shoulders and arms. The bandeau top ended just below her breasts, leaving her toned stomach exposed as well.

Allie paired the simple shirt with high-waisted pants that were so tight, they almost appeared to be painted on. The fabric had a bit of a sheen to it, which drew even more attention to Allie's curves.

The garment featured a wide waistband that settled right at her natural waist, accentuating her slim figure, and it had seams extending vertically down her thighs and shins. The material hugged every inch of her lower body, showing off her toned thighs and calves to perfection.

The figure-hugging bottoms stretched all the way to her ankles, and featured a slit on the front of each shin that added a pop of visual interest to the ensemble.

Allie finished the look with a few accessories, including several that matched her monochromatic vibe. Billionaire Israel Englander Pours Money Into 2 "Strong Buy" Stocks

Following the wild ride that was 2020, where does the market go from here? Major strides have been made in the COVID-19 vaccine race, yet the near-term picture remains unclear, blurred by the virus' resurgence and the stimulus stalemate on Capitol Hill.In times like these, the investing greats can serve as a source of inspiration, namely billionaire Israel "Izzy" Englander.Who exactly is Englander? The legend, who started trading stocks when he was in high school, began his career interning at investment firm Oppenheimer, later going on to purchase a seat on the American Stock Exchange, where he would serve as a floor broker, trader and specialist.In 1989, along with Ronald Shear, Englander founded hedge fund Millennium Management. As evidence of his stellar track record, the guru took the $35 million the fund was started with and turned it into over $40 billion in assets under management. With his personal net worth clocking in at $7.2 billion, it's no wonder Wall Street pays attention when Englander makes a move.Bearing this in mind, our focus shifted to Millenium's most recent 13F filing, which discloses the stocks the fund snapped up in the third quarter. Locking in on two tickers in particular, TipRanks' database revealed that both names score a "Strong Buy" analyst consensus. What's more, the analyst community sees massive upside potential in store for each.G1 Therapeutics (GTHX)Bringing a deep understanding of the biology of cancer and extensive drug discovery experience to the table, G1 Therapeutics works to develop therapies that could potentially improve the lives of patients battling the deadly disease. Ahead of a key regulatory decision, the Street is pounding the table on this name.During the third quarter, Englander and Millennium picked up a new stake in GTHX. Pulling the trigger on 555,937 shares, the value of the holding comes in at $6,421,000.Turning to the analyst community, Needham's Chad Messer tells clients that he has high hopes ahead of the February 15 PDUFA date for trilaciclib, its therapy designed to improve outcomes for cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. The therapy's NDA was accepted in August for Priority Review based on results from three randomized clinical studies in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), with the FDA indicating that it doesn't plan on holding an advisory committee (AdComm) meeting.As trilaciclib is the first CDK4/6 inhibitor to be used to treat chemo-induced bone marrow toxicity, Messer argues that the lack of an AdComm is "meaningful." Expounding on this, he stated, "We believe this reflects the agency's appreciation of the unmet need, comfort with the safety profile of the CDK4/6 class, and efficacy profile of trilaciclib."GTHX will also focus on the inclusion of trilaciclib into NCCN guidelines. It should also be noted that a Phase 3 pivotal study evaluating the candidate in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) is set to kick off by year end.Adding to the good news, GTHX and its partner, Boehringer Ingelheim, are preparing for the commercial launch of trilaciclib, with the companies covering approximately 2,500 treating oncologists and providing educational materials regarding the use of trilaciclib ahead of treatment and the benefits of multi-lineage preservation.If that wasn't enough, the rintodestrant (its selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) in development for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) breast cancer) plus palbociclib combination study was able to wrap up enrollment earlier than expected, reflecting "the appeal of an all-oral treatment regimen during a global pandemic," in Messer's opinion. With a data readout slated for Q2 2021, the analyst believes a "positive readout could prove to be a significant value driver."In line with his optimistic approach, Messer reiterated a Buy rating and $74 price target, indicating 417% upside potential. Therefore, the message is clear: GTHX is a Strong Buy. Given the $59 average price target, shares could rise 312% in the next year. (See GTHX stock analysis on TipRanks)Epizyme (EPZM)Also fighting the good fight against cancer, as well as against other serious diseases, Epizyme wants to find new treatments through novel epigenetic medicines. Even though the company faces headwinds with regard to its recent product launch, several members of the Street believe big things are in store.Millenium purchased 461,258 shares during the third quarter, with the buy reflecting a new position for the hedge fund. As for the value of the holding, it lands at $5,503,000.Writing for Wedbush, 5-star analyst David Nierengarten points out that the pandemic has limited oncologist visits, and therefore, Tazverik (the company's follicular lymphoma treatment) sales were lower than he expected. He points out that "the pandemic shifts the launch curve to an 'incidence model' rather than a prevalence model, as there is a limited patient pool to draw from if they are delaying office visits," with patients waiting to seek treatment until they experience symptoms of progression.Additionally, although the launch is virtual and physician awareness is high, physicians are opposed to prescribing a new medication without examining the patient in person. That being said, Nierengarten remains optimistic about the therapy."Despite these headwinds, Tazverik came close to meeting our estimates, and it is gaining market share, including seeing initial sales in second line. We expect more meaningful second line sales to begin in 2021, and have more gradually incorporated them into our launch curve," the analyst explained.When it comes to the time on therapy, Nierengarten argues it's too early to come to any conclusions. However, he highlights the fact that durability of response was relatively long and patients were treated past progression in the registration study. "Furthermore, the headwind against switching therapies turns into a tailwind of Tazverik maintenance once a patient is on therapy. This will likely contribute more meaningfully to 2H21 revenues and potential revenue outperformance," he added.Summing it all up, Nierengarten commented, "At current levels, we believe investors are too negative on Tazverik's potential and patience should be rewarded."Based on all of the above, Nierengarten sides with the bulls, reiterating an Outperform rating and $27 price target. This target conveys his confidence in EPZM's ability to climb 122% higher in the next year. With an average price target of $23.25, the upside potential comes in at 91%.
