Come get your man, Katie Holmes! Jamie Foxx stepped out in New Orleans, LA, to head to the set of his upcoming film Power on Nov. 29, and his outfit of choice was rather bizarre. For unknown reasons, Jamie appeared to wear two matching sweatshirts… one as a top, and one as pants. Check out the gallery to see what we mean!
